Welcome to PaperSprint Academy. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you access our website, purchase a paper or use our learning resources.

Please read them before making a purchase. By purchasing or using PaperSprint, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

PaperSprint Academy (“PaperSprint”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an online KASNEB exam-preparation platform.

Our platform provides paper-specific practice questions, model answers, marking guides, mock exams and revision resources to support independent examination preparation.

PaperSprint is an independent exam-preparation provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official representative of KASNEB.

Each paper provides access to the learning resources described on its course page. These may include topic-specific MCQs, structured questions, model answers and marking guides, Common Mistakes Clinic, diagnostic tests, mock exams and an Exam Week Sprint.

The resources are intended to support learning and examination practice. They do not replace the official KASNEB syllabus, examination instructions or other requirements issued by KASNEB.

We aim to keep our materials accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that every possible examination question or topic will be covered.

Papers are purchased separately. The price and resources available for each paper will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

The current advertised price is KES 1,000 per paper, unless a different price or promotion is displayed at checkout. The amount shown at checkout is the amount payable for that purchase.

Payments are processed through our supported payment provider, Paystack. Your purchase is subject to successful payment confirmation.

Each purchased paper provides **four months of access from enrolment**.

Your access period begins when your enrolment is activated. You can access your purchased paper through My Papers during that period.

Access does not automatically extend because you have not completed the resources or because your examination date changes. Any extension or renewal will be subject to the options made available by PaperSprint.

If a technical or administrative issue prevents you from receiving the access you purchased, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the learning resources for your own examination preparation during your access period.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, share or commercially exploit PaperSprint materials without our written permission. You may not share your access with other learners or use the platform in a way that interferes with its operation.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain with PaperSprint or the relevant rights holder.

PaperSprint provides practice and revision resources to help you assess your understanding and improve your examination technique.

Structured questions and structured mock exams are designed as **self-marked learning activities**. You are responsible for comparing your responses with the model answers and marking guides and assessing your own work.

PaperSprint does not provide administrator grading of structured answers unless a separate service is expressly offered.

Diagnostic results, practice scores and other feedback are learning aids. They are not official KASNEB results and do not guarantee examination success.

Please review the paper description, price and access period carefully before purchasing.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, failure to use or complete the learning resources, or a change in your examination plans.

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, your payment succeeds but access is not provided, or you believe there has been another payment error, please contact us at learn@papersprintacademy.com with your purchase email, paper name and payment reference.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide access, correct the payment, issue a refund where legally required, or offer another suitable remedy

We aim to keep PaperSprint available and functioning properly. However, access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update learning resources, correct errors and improve platform features. We will not intentionally make material changes that substantially deprive you of the paid access you purchased without providing an appropriate remedy.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact support with the paper name, affected page or assessment, and a brief description of the problem.

You agree to provide accurate information when making a purchase or contacting support and to use PaperSprint lawfully and respectfully.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, interfere with its security, misuse its systems or use another learner’s access without permission.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and provide any consent required by law before you make a purchase.

The PaperSprint name, branding, website content, learning resources, original questions, explanations, model answers, illustrations and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Any third-party names, trademarks or materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We process personal information in connection with purchases, enrolment, learning access, support and the operation of the platform.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information, including information processed through our service providers.

PaperSprint is responsible for providing the services you purchase in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from your internet connection, device, misuse of the platform or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee any particular examination result, grade, employment outcome or professional qualification.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any suspension or termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law and will not remove rights or remedies that you are legally entitled to.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business operations or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Where changes materially affect existing paid access, we will provide appropriate notice and will not remove rights already acquired under your purchase except as permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any right to seek assistance from a competent regulator, consumer-protection body or court.
